Cerule, the Mystic Mermaid (suh-roo-lee)
When Nami was announced I told Nhan Fiction “THEY STOLE YOUR MERMAID!!!” On http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com Nhan’s fan character concepts are available for viewing, and I recommend all of them if you get the chance. I think it’s inspiring that he puts his creative work to the test. He’s applied to Riot in fact and I wish him more than the best.
Cerule is a mage/ranged/support. Her lore includes her role in the Rune Wars in Valoran prior to the formation of the League of Legends. Cerule grew up off the Demacian coast and studied to master her water arts which evolved into a mastery over any liquid. She was murdered and reborn as a mermaid. Which may be my favorite part of the story.
One of my favorite aspects of Nhan’s character creations is that he goes ALL THE WAY, this includes finding incredible voice acting talent (By Imoristar) to spotlight the character quotes. I’d happily click a thousand times to hear this girls voice! In fact, I hope she peruses a career with her talent I’m sure she’d make it really far.

Girls should not be allowed to play this game. At least, I think there needs to be a separate server for dumb bitches who are playing support in ranked because ‘that’s all I can play’ for their boyfriends. Why are the two of you playing ranked? I hope the both of you aren’t fans of this blog because it’s embarrassing rofl. At the end of the game as it was gg I said “I’m going to show you how you play support” and I bought 10 wards (I would have bought so many more if I had thought to sell all my shit) and said “I would place these if it wasn’t gg). God. For those of you who are calling me a sexist man I’m actually on the vagina side, so shut up. Bitching complete.
